Data from the Department of Health released on Thursday showed 14 new cases in the 3550 postcode, while there were eight new cases in the 3551 postcode and five new cases in the 3555 postcode.
There were also two new COVID-19 cases recorded in the 3556 postcode and no new cases in the 3515 postcode.
The new coronavirus cases bring the total number of active cases in Greater Bendigo to 239.
The health department data also showed 21 new COVID-19 cases in the Macedon Ranges Shire, two new infections in the Mount Alexander Shire, and three new cases in the Central Goldfields Shire.
There were five new coronavirus cases recorded in the Campaspe, one in Loddon, and two in the Gannawarra shire.
