The Central Deborah Goldmine will host all of Santa's little helpers with the return of their Elf Academy.
From December 16 to 23, young ones will get a taste of how things work up at the North Pole.
Central Deborah Goldmine chief executive James Reade said after the last 18 months, it was exciting to get the event up and running again.
"It's a very special time of year for us at the goldmine because every year Santa will drop his sleigh off at Bendigo Tramways to get services," he said.
"And last year we created the first inaugural Elf Academy."
The event invites children of all ages and work towards their Certificate IV in Elf training by learning all the key traits, tips and tricks on how to be an elf and help Santa at Christmas time.
Mr Reade said it was important to bring some Christmas magic back to the lives of the young people in Bendigo.
"The last 18 months for us as tourism operators has been extremely challenging, but also for the wider community as well," he said.
