Taking to social media, the health service asked residents to contact Australian Clinical Labs if their results were taking days to come back.
"We understand this is an anxious time," a spokesperson said.
"If you have been waiting and think it has been too long please do not come into the clinic, our team do not release the results, they come from the ACL lab."
The ACL Results line is for people who have been waiting a longer than usual time and be contacted on 1300 134 111.
