The Bendigo Braves product will debut in the league with Californian-based Ignite for a pre-season exhibition game on October 29.
The match against the Iowa Wolves will be followed by another game against Sioux Falls Skyforce two days later before the team starts the Showcase Cup on November 5.
BASKETBALL NEWS:
Daniels and the squad, which also includes star recruits Jaden Hardy, Michael Foster Jr and Scoot Henderson will be led by coach Jason Hart.
"We're so excited to begin this next season competing in the Showcase Cup, and we're looking forward to giving our young players early opportunities to learn and develop against tough G League opponents," Hart said.
Just recently Daniels also received praise back home in Australia after an impressive performance in the Waratah League.
Daniels received the MVP award, All Star 5 Guard accolade in addition to being named as Youth Player of the Year.
