Murray PHN chief executive officer Matt Jones said these milestones were something for everyone to celebrate.
"It's fantastic to see this tremendous effort by people across our region choosing to vaccinate against COVID-19 and helping us get back to enjoying the things we love," he said.

The nine shires across the broad MPHN catchment to reach the milestone are Benalla, Swan Hill, Buloke, Wangaratta, Campaspe, Macedon Ranges, Moira, Indigo and Gannawarra.
"Our health providers have been working solidly to help vaccinate our region," Mr Jones said.
"But there are still people who are unvaccinated and who are most at risk of contracting COVID-19 and becoming very ill.
"We encourage anyone who is not yet vaccinated to call your local GP or pharmacy, ask any questions you might have, and make an appointment as soon as you can."
