Mitch Hallinan took out the prestigious award with 19 votes ahead of Blake McGregor (8), Bode Stevens (7) and Noah Weihrauch (6).
The award is named in honour and memory of Peter Hunt who for many years worked tirelessly as a volunteer with the BSSC's AFL Premier League program.
Votes are awarded each year by the coaching staff.
During the course of the year Hallinan was also named as best on ground multiple times during the SSV Premier League season.
BSSC competed in Pool B which included Bendigo rival Catherine McAuley College, Emmanuel College and Horsham College.
Hallinan, who also played for the Bendigo Pioneers in the 2021 NAB League boys competition, joins a list of past winners which includes Brodie James (2019), James Schischka (2018), Nathan McHugh (2017) and Wade Donnan (2016).
