ANOTHER Bendigo business has closed its doors after a positive COVID-19 attended recently.
Bendigo Wholefoods took to social media on Wednesday to let the public know they had closed to ensure safety for staff and the community.
"We are still waiting direction from the Department, but we now know there's been a positive case on the cafe side of our business (which we have kept closed)," the post said.
"But to be on the safe side, we are closing the doors to the shop immediately... to allow staff to be tested.
"We will keep you updated through socials and keep and eye on the DHHS website re exposure sites and dates.
"It is a very sad, sad day."

BENDIGO'S Goldmines Hotel has announced it is a tier one exposure site.
The business confirmed a COVID-positive person visited the hotel on October 5.
"We are grateful that the exposure date and time was on a day when we were not open," the business said in a Facebook post.

"In an effort to be proactive, we have decided to close the hotel to undertake our standard deep cleaning procedures and ensure all relevant staff have time to get tested and isolate."
The Goldmines Hotel will contact people who made reservations for this week.
"We will be in contact to cancel or reschedule your booking over the next 24 hours," the business said.
"We can't thank the Greater Bendigo community enough for their support during this time and look forward to seeing you next week."

The National Hotel Complex will continue to trade as normal after being listed as an exposure site late Tuesday night.
In a social media post, the hotel confirmed some staff were isolating.
"We have already undertaken a thorough Covid clean and a very small number of staff are currently isolating," they said.
They said under health advice, they have been given the all clear to continue to trade.

The National Hotel Complex is the latest Bendigo venue to be listed as a tier one exposure site.
The DHHS listed the venue on Tuesday night, making it the first new Bendigo exposure site in almost two days.
Anybody who attended the venue on Monday, October 4 from 6.56pm-9.30pm must get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days.
Earlier exposure sites are listed below:
- In Bendigo, Honeyeater, located at 96 Pall Mall is a tier one exposure site on Tuesday October 5, between 10:00am - 8:30pm, as well as on Wednesday, October 6, between 9:00am - 7:30pm, and on Thursday, October 7, from 10:30am - 4:00pm
- Lush Barber, located at 238 Hargreaves Street, Bendigo is a tier one exposure site on Wednesday, October 6, between 9:00am - 6:30pm.
- Lush Barber is also a tier one exposure site on Thursday, October 7 between 9am-6:30pm, from Case attended venue11/10/2021 9:28pm.
- Lush Barber is also a tier one exposure site on Friday, October 8, between 9:00am - 11:00am.
- The LM Dance School, located at 1/94 Nolan Street Bendigo is a tier one exposure site on Wednesday, October 6, between 5:20pm - 6:45pm.
- In Maiden Gully, Shine Bright Maiden Gully Early Years Hub, located at 9 Westbury Boulevard, is a tier one exposure site on Wednesday, October 6, between 9:00am - 12:55pm, and again on Friday, October 8, between 9:00am - 4:00pm.
- In New Gisborne, Holy Cross Catholic Primary School, located at 158 Hamilton Road, New Gisborne is a tier one exposure site on Tuesday, October 5, between 8:30am - 3:30pm, and again on Wednesday, October 6, between 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Anyone who has attended any of these tier one exposure sites must get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days from exposure.
