Mawby Property has joined the group, which boasts offices in Ballarat, Maryborough and Ararat.
Long time local real estate identity Darryn Mawby will remain working in the business, to be known as Bendigo Ballarat Real Estate.
"With offices in Maryborough, Ararat and Ballarat and a link to the lucrative Melbourne market via membership of the Property Profile Group, we are expecting a huge surge in buyer inquiry, which will significantly boost the outcomes for our clients," Mr Mawby said.
"These guys will take our business to another level."
"We've noticed a strong flow of buyers and tenants between our Ballarat, Maryborough and Ararat offices and in additional big volumes of clients asking about the Bendigo market," Mr Morrison said.
"It makes total sense to have a presence in Victoria's biggest real estate markets as well as being able to tap into the big dollars via our Melbourne network."

The group is well known for its cutting edge marketing and strong dominance in print advertising, valuing the relationship with community newspapers. "We understand that to achieve the bets possible result for our client we need to give the property maximum exposure across a range of mediums that get buyer attention," Mr Morrison said.
"We have the runs on the board when it comes to leveraging a strong marketing campaign to get top dollar."
Standing outside a splendid red brick Quarry Hill home at 44 Carpenter Street he first sold more than three decades ago - and one he was recently asked to sell again on behalf of the family of owners - Mr Mawby said the opportunity was like a book end to his time in real estate.
The Mawby Property team will remain as part of the merged business, which will also feature new vibrant red branding on sale and lease boards across the city and on the agency's head office at 105 Mitchell Street, Bendigo.
