Ivan Honey has made his book Happy Parenting free out of concerns that lockdown disruptions are causing spikes in mental health issues across entire families.
"Many commentators are referring to the current crisis as a mental health epidemic, which will potentially be ongoing for many years to come," he said.
Ivan has been a psychologist and educator for more than 45 years, and is the founder of the Get Happier School Project.
