Ladson was named as league best and fairest, polling 18 votes after a stellar season with the Bulldogs as a playing-coach.
Ladson's teammate Amanda Carrod was just two votes behind on 16.
Kangaroo Flat's Molly Metcalf polled third on 14 votes, two votes ahead of Kerang star Sophie Peacock on 12.
Bendigo Thunder's Hannah Perry was next on 11 votes and tied alongside Eaglehawk's Lily den Houting.
Thunder's Megan Williamson then rounded out the top-seven on nine votes.
Ladson's achievement of taking out the Ultra Tune Best and Fairest comes after a great season with Golden Square in the CVFLW, which includes the minor premiership of the lockdown-marred 2021 competition.
In the most recent season Ladson was a playing-coach, alongside husband Rick with the Bulldogs going undefeated with a 12-0 record.
Meanwhile, Golden Square continues its dominance of the season accolades with their own Tiahna Cochrane taking out the Champions IGA Leading Goal Kicker award.
Cochrane booted an impressive 40 goals from 11 matches at an average of 3.64 per game.
Next in the tally was Thunder's Britney Mueck close behind on 38 from 10 matches at an average of 3.8 per game.
Eaglehawk's Ebony Whiley was next on 22 from 11 matches (2 per game), followed by teammate Grace Edlin on 20 from 11 matches (1.82 per game).
Overall, even though the season was impacted by lockdowns and restrictions, the competition had immense growth throughout the year.
The 2021 competition marked the return of Bendigo Thunder to the league, in addition to Kerang making its debut. Despite the interruptions players were still able to showcase their talent, with several being selected in the league's High St X-Ray Team of the Year.
