Fresh from Bailey Henderson signing with the club earlier this week, key position player Zac Denahy has agreed to return to Camp Reserve.
Denahy graduated through the junior ranks at Castlemaine and played senior footy for the club when he was 17.
He also played at NAB League level with the Bendigo Pioneers before making the move to Harcourt in the MCDFNL.
Denahy kicked 80 goals in 16 games for Harcourt in 2019 and had kicked 39 goals in nine games this year before the season was cancelled.
Much to Castlemaine coach Don Moran's delight, Denahy is keen to play major league footy again with the Pies.

"It's very exciting to get Zac on board,'' Moran said.
"He'll straighten us up and give us a strong target inside 50 and give us the opportunity to get more looks at goal.
"We won our share of the ball this season, but when we went forward we didn't have a strong target that could either mark the footy or bring it to ground.
"Zac's attack on the footy is his strength. He hits the pack hard which will be a big asset for us. Zac's best footy is still in front of him, he's only 22 or 23, so he's only a pup.
"We could play him as a key defender if we want to, but our goal is to play him as a deep forward."
Much like Henderson, Denahy has a strong family tie with the Magpies.
Zac's father, Andrew, played in Castlemaine's 2000 premiership team, while Zac is also the first cousin of AFL great Dustin Martin.
"Andrew was a very good player for Castlemaine and it's great to have the family back at the club,'' Moran said.
"Zac's very keen to be part of the club again and play some senior footy alongside some of his best mates."
The Magpies finished last on the ladder this year, but the arrival of Henderson and Denahy is a great start to their off-season.
