The awards event will now be staged on Wednesday, October 6.
Be Bendigo CEO Dennis Bice said the awards committee believed moving to a digital awards presentation was the only option.
"We have assessed a number of digital delivery options, and will create an online event that is engaging, and provides access to a much broader audience."
