Dr Sinclair is an occupational therapist and health researcher who has spent more than 30 years working with children and families.
The Greens candidate, who lives in the Castlemaine area with her partner and children, said she was passionate about caring for the country.
Dr Sinclair said the Greens would be pushing for a new 40 per cent corporate super-profits tax on the excess profits made by big corporations.
The candidate said the tax would raise $338 billion over the next few decades, which could then go towards climate action, investment in renewable energy, more affordable housing, and Medicare.
The next federal election has not been called yet but it should take place sometime before September 2022.
