The 21-year-old man appeared in the County Court on Friday where he formally entered pleas of guilty to four charges.
The offender admitted to sexually penetrating a child under the age of 16 between August 1, 2018, and December 31, 2018.
The man also admitted to using a carriage service to send indecent material to a different child in 2019.
According to the indictment, the 21-year-old also sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16 and provided a drug of dependence to that child between May 1, 2020, and May 30, 2020.
Defence counsel Glenn Casement told the court the man had a diagnosed intellectual disability.
Mr Casement requested an adjournment so a justice plan assessment could take place.
Judge Michael Bourke adjourned the case to November to allow time for the report to be completed.
The 21-year-old's bail was extended to his next plea date in the County Court.
