A MAN has fronted court after he was charged in relation to a police pursuit in Kangaroo Flat.
Christopher Johnston, 31, appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Friday. He has been charged with offences including burglary and theft.
Mr Johnston did not make an application for bail and was instead remanded in custody.
He is due to return to the Bendigo Magistrates' Court next month.

A MAN will face Bendigo Magistrates' Court after a police pursuit through Kangaroo Flat that required helicopter support.
Bendigo Senior Sergeant Brian Hansen said a Volkswagen Golf was identified driving erratically in the Bendigo area on Thursday afternoon.
He said police attempted to intercept the car but the driver immediately sped off, leading to a pursuit.

"After a short moment, the pursuit was called off as police received support from the police airwing," he said.
"They were able to monitor the vehicle and they were able to establish a plan where stop sticks were deployed and the vehicle was stopped after that."
The pursuit occurred on High Street, Kangaroo Flat, and continued onto the Calder Freeway before police apprehended the vehicle on the Calder Alternative Highway.
Senior Sergeant Hansen said two people were arrested - the alleged driver, a man, 31; and a woman, 19.

The man was remanded in custody and charged with aggravated burglary, theft and a raft of driving offences related to Thursday's incident.
He will face Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The woman was released pending further enquiries.
Senior Sergeant Hansen said the Bendigo Criminal Investigation Unit would continue investigating.
