In a social media post, a spokesperson said the milestone was a "proud day".
The spokesperson said there was significant demand from parents of 12-15-year-olds who recently became eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.
"The clinic began vaccinating 12-15-year-olds this week but less appointments are available for this group due to the longer consent process and the increased number of support people required," the spokesperson said.
"We hope to have more appointments available in the near future.

It comes as regional Victoria reached the its own milestone this week, with 73.7 per cent of eligible residents having received their first dose.
The latest federal government data released on Tuesday shows as of September 12, about 75.4 per cent of Bendigo region residents aged 15 and over have received at least one dose of a vaccine, while 50.8 per cent are now fully vaccinated.
