Police said a 21-year-old female from Carnegie was intercepted by Loddon Police on September 1 in Salisbury West.
They said the driver was detected travelling at 129km/h in the 100km/h zone.
The female was issued an infringement notice suspending her probationary licence for three months and was coupled with a $500 fine.
Police also pulled over another driver in the region a week earlier.
They said a 23-year-old male from Leitchville was stopped for a routine licence check in Serpentine on August 23.
Loddon Police said the male was driving on a suspended drivers licence and will be summonsed to court at a later date.
Police said as they were driving while suspended, their vehicle was impounded for a month at a cost of $1400.
