The Ravenswood Caltex service station on the Calder Highway has been listed as a tier two site.
The health department advised anyone who attended the service station between 2.45pm and 3.15pm on September 7 should get tested and isolate until they have a negative result.
A Woodend liquor store and another service station in Carlsruhe have also been listed as tier two sites.
A COVID-infected person visited the Woodend Celebrations store on High Street between 5.25pm and 6.30pm on September 9.
The exposure period of the Carlsruhe Vantage Fuels on the Calder Freeway is between 7.14pm and 7.45pm on September 9.
It comes after new COVID-19 cases were recorded in regional Victoria.
Health Minister Martin Foley confirmed there was one new case in Daylesford and another in Cohuna.
The chief health officer's daily update showed there were also single new cases in Healesville, Shepparton, Bacchus Marsh, and Beveridge. An additional four cases were also recorded in Geelong.
