The free-scoring guard was named NBL1 North most valuable player after a standout season with the Logan Thunder.
Kendle averaged 21.5 points, 9.2 assists and 6.1 rebounds per game to lead the Thunder to a 12-1 record.
Kendle made the NBL1 North men's all-star five alongside four current NBL players including Jason Cadee (Gold Coast Rollers), Tanner Krebs (USC Rip City), Emmanuel Malou (Mackay Meteors) and Harry Froling (Mackay).
Kendle won the SEABL league's most valuable player award during the Bendigo Braves' 2016 championship season. He was also named grand final MVP that season.
Kendle, 33, moved to Australia in 2015. Superb form with Toowoomba and Bendigo led to NBL stints with Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide. The USA-raised guard has also played in Morocco, Switzerland, New Zealand and China.
