Police have seized illicit drugs and weapons from two Macedon addresses, after executing search warrants in Macedon this week.

Macedon Ranges Criminal Investigation Unit Detective Sergeant Ivan Bobetic said as a result of the warrants, four men were arrested and appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
"The warrants were executed by the Critical Incident Response Team and as a result, we arrested four men," he said.
"They were charged with varying offences."
Detective Sergeant Bobetic reminded residents that reports of information from people within the local community were vital to supporting ongoing investigations.

He urged anyone that has information about any crime occurring to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
"We don't get this information without the public's assistance and successful outcomes such as these are contributed to people who come forward to police," he said.
"Every contact from the public to police in giving information about the illicit activity is treated confidentially and seriously, these successful outcomes are attributed to the public coming forward."
