Hosted by the Heathcote Inn, the series launches on September 11 with the Wren Estate.
Organiser Sam Mastro said it is the first time they have tried something like this.

"This will be our first virtual 'meet the wine maker' event (and) we have had a lot of interest in this first event," she said.
"We will showcase six local wineries in this services starting from September 11 and we will run a different winery every fortnight."
Along with Wren Estate, local wineries Sanguine Estate, Silver Spoon Estate, Munari Wines, Red Edge Wine and Tellurian Estate will join the Heathcote Inn for the series.
Each session will showcase a local wine and see Heathcote Inn head chef Andy Waterhouse preparing a dish that will match the wine selections.
Customers who purchase a ticket to the event will receive a box that includes a bottle of wine, recipe card and shopping list to create the meal along with Andy.
"(They also) get a secret ingredient that Andy makes here at Heathcote inn and that they cannot buy in stores," Ms Mastro said.
"Andy while prepare the meal online with the customers. It going to be a great night full of laughs, good wine and delicious food."
