Carly Webb, 41, appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court this week after she was charged with careless driving, driving while disqualified, and drink-driving.
The court heard on July 8, 2019, a witness saw Ms Webb driving erratically in Heathcote before she crashed into a concrete culvert in Forest Drive.

Police arrived on scene about 30 minutes later and saw Ms Webb standing near the blue Holden.
She was acting distressed and had a medical episode so she was transported to hospital in Bendigo via ambulance.
Police alleged a blood sample taken from Ms Webb at the hospital showed a blood alcohol reading of 0.236.
Ms Webb was not interviewed after the alleged offending.
Defence lawyer Robert Timms told the court Ms Webb would plead guilty to the charges of careless driving and disqualified driving, but his client was contesting the drink-driving offence.
Mr Timms said the prosecution could not prove the blood sample from the hospital belonged to Ms Webb, as her name had been spelt incorrectly on the label and there was no date of birth or address listed.
The defence lawyer said Ms Webb had previously had two high blood alcohol readings in 2016 and 2017.
But Mr Timms said in this case, the prosecution could not prove identification.
The case was adjourned for a further contest mention hearing in November.
