The data, released by the federal government, shows 46.05 per cent of First Nations people aged 15 and over have received the first dose of the vaccine in the Bendigo region.
Just over 30 per cent of First Nations people in the region are fully vaccinated.
Those numbers rank Bendigo 13th in the state in first doses.
However, the data highlights even larger gaps with some regions in outback Western Australia.
Some areas show the lowest rates of fully vaccinated First Nations people, with the areas of outback south, north and Mandurah all under 10 per cent.
Melbourne's inner-east had the highest rates of fully vaccinated Indigenous people sitting at more than 70 per cent.
In regional Victoria, the Warrnambool and south-west area is leading the way with just over 71 per cent of First Nations people receiving one dose of the vaccine, and over 43 per cent fully vaccinated.
