Chairman Bob Cameron said in the past week 12,612 people under-40 years of age had registered to get a Pfizer vaccination, more than triple any other week so far.
"The whole of September is booked up at our Mollison Street centre, but we still want to encourage people to keep booking," he said.
In Greater Bendigo, 40.7 per cent of its residents are fully vaccinated and at least 62 per cent have received their first dose.
In comparison, the Buloke Shire is ahead of Greater Bendigo in both metrics with 71.6 per cent of its population fully vaccinated and 48.4 per cent having received their first dose.
Strong rates continue through the central Victoria with the Macedon Ranges with 67 per cent of its residents receiving their first dose and Central Goldfields with 66.5 per cent.
Mr Cameron said Bendigo needs to show there's strong demand for more vaccines, so vaccines are not directed to other areas.
"So we want to make sure we can keep up demand so that we can get the vaccines and get them into people's arms," he said.
It comes as Australia secures half a million doses of Pfizer vaccines in a swap deal with Singapore to bolster the behind-schedule rollout.
Under the agreement, 500,000 doses are expected to arrive for distribution next week, with Australia to send the same amount to Singapore in December.

The vaccines will be distributed based on population with 159,236 set for NSW and 131,149 heading to Victoria.
Australia has fully vaccinated 35 per cent of its population aged 16 and over while 58.7 per cent have received one dose.
