Bendigo Health confirmed they would be sending some testing staff to assist in Kyabram on Friday afternoon.
They will not be sending testing teams to Echuca however will continue to monitor the situation.
Meanwhile in Kyabram, there are currently waiting times at the Northern Oval testing site.
The Kyabram District Health Service has urged anyone in the community to get tested if they have visited any of the exposure sites and to follow the latest COVID advice.
Updated exposure sites are being published as more information becomes available and can be found here.

Two supermarkets, a bakery and a butcher in regional Victoria have been added to the list of coronavirus exposure sites.
Aldi Echuca, Woolworths Kyabram, Baker's Delight Kyabram and Fitzgeralds Farm Fresh Meats in Kyabram have all been listed as Tier 2 exposure sites.
The Department of Health website says each venue was visited by a positive case.
People who visited the sites during the specific times should get tested urgently and isolate until receiving a negative test result.
The tier 2 sites listed in Echuca and Kyabram are:
- The Echuca Aldi in Anstruther Street had a case attend the store on Friday, August 20, between 5.10pm and 5.55pm.
- Woolworths Kyabram was exposed on Saturday, August 21, between 9.40am and 10.50am and Sunday, August 22, between 10.25am and 11.20am.
- Baker's Delight Kyabram in Allan Street was exposed on Saturday, August 21 between 10.15am and 10.56am.
- Fitzgeralds Farm Fresh Meats in Allan Street had a case attend on Saturday, August 21, between 8,40am and 9.20am.
The outbreak of COVID-19 in the Shepparton region is now over 50 cases with more 16,000 residents in isolation.
Bendigo businesses and organisations have offered assistance to the city this week.
There are now more than 600 active coronavirus cases in Victoria.
On Thursday, premier Daniel Andrews said it was too early to say if the state's lockdown would end, as scheduled, on September 2.
"What you can be certain of though is that if people break the rules and people make selfish choices, bad choices, then we'll (see) more virus - not less," he said.
"That just (detracts) from the work that so many millions of Victorians are doing, making sacrifices."
