
A dangerous driver who had only four months of driving experience has been clocked at speeds approaching 200 kilometres an hour in northern Victoria, police say.
Brimbank Highway Patrol caught the driver while they were assisting with COVID-19 border patrols in the Echuca area.

Officers clocked the 18 year old female driving her Commodore at 194km/h on a poorly lit country road near Rochester.
The driver was holding a probationary license.
The speed limit on the Northern Highway is 100km.
