A Bendigo Health spokesperson said the hospital was working with the Health Department to expand access of the AstraZeneca vaccine to that age group in central Victoria.
It comes after the state government announced on Sunday that nine of its mass vaccination centres would be able to open AstraZeneca vaccine appointments for those aged 18 to 39 from Monday.
More coronavirus news:
"We look forward to offering this service to the Loddon Mallee community in the near future," the Bendigo Health spokesperson said.
The state government also confirmed extra Pfizer appointments on Sunday.
Premier Daniel Andrews said on Monday there had been about 15,000 extra appointments made for vaccinations since the weekend's announcements.
"We'll look to add more sites, we'll look to have more vaccine available and we'll look to have more appointments available over coming days and weeks," he said.
"That's a fantastic response to announcements only made yesterday - some of those sites are already fully booked out until the end of August."
Victoria's COVID-19 testing commander Jeroen Weimar said it was great to see so many young people eager to book in for their vaccine.
He said 13,000 people had booked in for AstraZeneca.
"It is wonderful to see that quick response to the opening up of vaccination," he said.
"Please continue to come forward. More AZ appointments are available for 18- to 39-year-olds .
"There will be a senior clinician available at each of these sites to ensure that you understand the options in front of you.
"If you have any concerns before you come, please talk with your normal GP or doctor, to ensure that you're ready to make that decision."
Ballarat Health Services announced on Monday it would open up AstraZeneca vaccinations to people aged between 18 and 39 at its mass vaccination hub from Wednesday.
Bookings must be made ahead of time, and informed consent must be given before the vaccination.
The AstraZeneca vaccine remains available to 18- to 39-year-olds at participating GPs, respiratory clinics and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.
