The squad, to be coached by long-time representative team coach Betty McCoomb, comprises a solid mix of players from across the region.
It is complemented by two training partners/reserves.
The squad includes three players from the Bendigo league - Reese Gilchrist, Paige Langley, Layla O'Shea - with both training partners, Millie Cassidy and Holly Swatton, also both from the BFNL
Best represented is the Echuca District Netball Association with four players - Ebony Black, Maisy Byrne, Ruby McGlone and Milly Ross.
A further two players - Makayla Finn and Kate Westcott - are from the Deniliquin Netball Association - with one - Megan Wilson - from the Castlemaine District association.
The State Titles will be played in Melbourne in early October.
McCoomb, who has coached the North Central 15-and-under team since 2012 and was team manager in 2011, is again thrilled with the make-up of her side.
"It looks like we will have a really nice strong team with strength in all areas of the court," she said.
"You always like to be confident and I certainly believe in these girls.
"Every year we've competed in the State Titles we've been close and we have had the one win in my time.
"Having come close in recent years, you hope you get things right to get that one step closer into the finals and then anything can happen from there."
North Central will be aiming for its first win at 15-and-under level since 2013.
A remarkably talented squad in that year included the likes of reigning Betty Thompson medalist Ash Ryan, Sandhurst triple premiership stars Meg Williams and Imogen Sexton, Elley Lawton, Milly Wicks, Bronte Miller and Olivia Houlden.
"It was a beautiful team, and for a lot of them, it was their first year - they were bottom age players," said McCoomb, who is the president of the Echuca District Netball Association.
"It would be nice to do it again.
"It's just nice that we have a spread of girls from our region as we have girls from Deniliquin, Castlemaine, Maryborough as well as Echuca and Bendigo.
"It's nice to give the girls a chance to see what else is out there for them in netball."
Assistant coaches for the squad will be Kath Schmidt and Vanessa Saunders.
Saunders will have dual roles, also taking on the duties of team manager.
Named last week and chasing its first titles win since 2015, North Central's 17-and-under team will be coached by Carol Cathcart and Rose Gallagher.
