Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley said all three cases announced this morning were linked to existing outbreaks.
Mr Foley said all have been isolating throughout the course of their infectious period.
"One of those cases is a household contact of a student at Bacchus Marsh Grammar," he said.
"The second is a close contact of the apartments in Richmond. This case lives on the same floor as the other three previous cases in that building, and has also been in hotel quarantine throughout the course of their infectious period.
"And the third and final case for today is a staff member of Trinity Grammar."
Mr Foley said there were now 200 active cases of coronavirus in Victoria, six of those cases are in hospital, two in intensive care with one on a ventilator.

Mr Foley urged people to heed the "early warning signal" and get tested for even the slightest of symptoms.
