All 10 cases are related to current outbreaks and have been in quarantine during their infectious period.
There are no new cases in hotel quarantine. Victoria currently has 198 active cases of coronavirus.

On Monday, health minister Martin Foley said nothing had been finalised about ending the lockdown.
He said the government looked forward to having more to say on Tuesday about the next steps out of restrictions.
"We will make a decision based on the decision of the public health team, on the most up to date advice," Mr Foley said.
Meanwhile, Bendigo MP Lisa Chesters has confirmed she will not travel to Canberra for the August sitting of federal parliament, instead opting to attend virtually through a livestream.
Ms Chesters said the majority of MPs would be participating in Parliament virtually in August.
"We're in a pandemic we have to find new ways to work and Parliament is no exception," Ms Chesters said.
On Monday Victoria also received 24,340 test results and administered 15,677 vaccinations.
