Bendigo Highway Patrol Leading Senior Constable Peter Dyer said paramedics and officers came across the Arnold Street crash about 9pm.
The woman, who was appearing to have a medical episode, was taken to hospital for treatment.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson confirmed a woman believed to be in her 20s was taken to Bendigo Health with serious head injuries.
Leading Senior Constable Dyer said there were no passengers in the vehicle or bystanders around at the time of the crash.
The woman was not tested for drugs or alcohol at the scene due to her medical condition, but the officer said police would analyse any blood tests from the hospital.
Leading Senior Constable Dyer said police were expected to press charges following the incident.
