Kyle Newbie, 26, appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Thursday where he pleaded guilty to charges including trafficking a drug of dependence.
The court heard between September 4 and September 7 last year, a number of power tools, a fuel drum, and a mountain bike were stolen from several properties around Bendigo.

On September 11, police executed a search warrant at Newbie's Golden Square property. Newbie and a co-accused were at the house during the search.
Officers found an imitation handgun, ammunition, an extendable baton, cannabis, methamphetamine, the drug GHB, amphetamines, scales, clear ziplock bags, and a notebook containing details of drug transactions.
Police also recovered the items that had been stolen from the Bendigo properties.
Newbie was released on bail in October with a number of conditions, including a curfew and an order to not associate with his co-accused.
Police searched his home on July 2 this year and found Newbie and the co-accused sleeping inside.
Officers also found drugs, number plates that had been stolen in February, and a flick knife in Newbie's room.
Newbie was remanded in custody, but was not interviewed as he was withdrawing from drugs and alcohol.
Defence lawyer Luke Docherty told the court Newbie needed support to get his life back on track.
Mr Docherty said his client had already spent 25 days in custody, so a combination sentence of jail with a community corrections order would be appropriate.
Magistrate Patrick Southey said it was clear Newbie was "not a lost cause".
Mr Southey indicated he would sentence Newbie to two months in jail with a community corrections order.
Newbie was remanded in custody so he could undergo the corrections assessment. He is due to return to the Bendigo Magistrates' Court next week.
