Victorians are set to learn how long lockdown will be extended later on Tuesday as the state recorded 13 new locally acquired coronavirus cases.

The new cases include the four previously announced Monday afternoon.
Of the 13 new locally acquired cases, 12 have been linked to the current outbreaks and one is under investigation.
Two cases were recorded in hotel quarantine.

There were just under 50,000 test results to Victorians as well as 17,083 vaccinations were administered.
Victoria's active coronavirus case tally now sits at 96.
Mr Andrews said with cases in the community it "would not be the right thing to do".
"It would be perhaps a few days of sunshine, and then there's a very high chance we'd be back in lockdown again. That's what I'm trying to avoid," he said.
Victoria's public health team and senior government ministers will make the final call on the length of the extension by Tuesday morning.

Monday's testing figures and results, as well as any new exposure sites and mystery cases, will guide their decision.
The team at Wycheproof's Bakery on Broadway has thanked the community for their kind words of support after the bakery was listed as a tier one COVID-19 exposure site on Sunday.
"We have had amazing support from the local community and people that come to your bakery regularly," co-owner Ann Durie said.
"People have been so supportive and they understand what the business has done for the town and there have just been some lovely messages to all the staff and it's very lovely and feels really good."
