POWER outages have hit the southern parts of central Victoria, after electricity was restored to homes around Bendigo.
Dozens of customers around Kyneton, Baynton and Lancefield are without power, with an expected restoration time of 11pm.

POWER has been restored to most Marong homes, but Lockwood and Maiden Gully remain affected by outages.
Three homes in Marong are without power, down from 145 about 12.30pm.
Other news:
Fifty-nine Lockwood homes are without power, as are 63 Kangaroo Flat homes.
Estimated restoration of power for these homes is still listed as 2pm.

NEARLY 200 homes in Bendigo are without power after outages hit on Saturday.
Marong has been hardest hit by the outages, with 145 Powercor customers without electricity.
Lockwood, Maiden Gully, Kangaroo Flat, Leichardt and Myers Flat have also been affected by the outages.
Electricity was due to be restored by 2pm, according to the Powercor website.
The cause of the outages remains under investigation.
