Authorities have made "swift progress" identifying people potentially exposed to COVID-19 in Victoria over the past week, the state's testing commander said.
Positive cases have been confirmed in three people who returned to Melbourne from NSW earlier this month.
Testing Commander Jeroen Weimar said the family - two parents and a child - were now isolating at home.
There was also a group of removalists who delivered furniture to a home in Craigieburn and an apartment complex in Maribyrnong.
No further positive tests have been recorded yet at the apartment complex, Mr Weimar said. The complex has been placed into lockdown and residents have been getting tested.
The removalists ate and showered at a Ballan service station, officials confirmed. The centre on the westbound lanes of the Western Highway is now classed as a Tier One exposure site.
Jeroen Weimar told reporters on Tuesday morning more than 300 primary close contacts have been identified thanks to QR code records at known exposure sites.

A REGIONAL business has been added to the list of COVID-19 exposure sites overnight, after removalists from NSW with COVID-19 visited Victoria while infectious.
A positive case visited the Mobil located on the Western Freeway at Ballan between 5 and 7pm on Thursday, July 8.
They attended the shop as well as the bathroom facilities.
Anyone who visited a tier one site must get tested and isolate for 14 days, while people who have been to tier two sites must get tested and isolate while awaiting a negative result.
It comes as Victoria recorded three new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.
Two of the cases were announced yesterday after members of a family that had arrived from a Sydney red zone. They initially tested negative before developing symptoms and getting re-tested.
The third is another member of their household who has been isolating throughout their infectious period.
