The syndicate of ten people will each share in the more than $822,000 win, each taking home $82,255.48.
Echuca Square Lotto owner Gavin Sullivan said his heart skipped a beat when he heard the news.
"We were so happy when we heard we'd sold another division one winning entry," he said.
"The syndicate, called New Start, is a standard weekly syndicate that's been running for more than a decade and most members are regulars, or at least semi-regular players.
"It always creates such a great atmosphere and all of our customers get so excited hoping it will be their turn next."
This is the second win this year at the Echuca store with a mystery customer claimed a $4.8 million prize last month.
The store syndicate held one of the eight division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4171, drawn on July 10.

The Lott spokesperson Ally Ramsamy said some members held unregistered entries and may not be aware.
"If you purchased a share in a syndicate for the recent TattsLotto, today's the day to check it," she said.

"We will be reaching out to those syndicate members who registered their entries, but there are still some members who have unregistered entries and may not yet know they're part of this winning group."
