It appears part of a vehicle has gone into a dam with two people on board.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the incident occurred at around 11.05am.

"It looks like two people are trapped in a car and the State Emergency Service are responding," the spokeswoman said.
"It looks as though the back of the car is in a dam and we have no notes there are serious injuries.
"It looks as though the people are mechanically trapped in vehicle."
SES media spokesman said the Hepburn Shire unit was called to the incident as 11.16am.
"We were called to stabilise the vehicle," the spokesman said. "We did this by tying rope to a tree."
The spokesman said the situation was ongoing.
