With the assistance of its partners, businesses and local communities, Bendigo Foodshare received 3275.77kgs of food donations throughout the month.
Bendigo Foodshare manager Bridget Bentley said the result was amazing and will allow the organisation to distribute pantry staples to those doing it tough.
Ms Bently said food drives are essential in securing essential pantry items that are often hard to source.
"Our community food drives are critical for us to source much needed and hard-to-get pantry staples," she said.
Bendigo Foodshare partnered with Bendigo Toyota, local Woolworths, Coles and IGA supermarkets for the month-long drive.
Bendigo Toyota marketing manager Gabrielle Richards said they donated 1634.98kgs of food alone.
''We are thrilled to again be involved and helping Bendigo Foodshare make a difference in our community," she said.
"The generosity of locals continues to blow us away and we're endlessly grateful for their contributions.
"It just goes to show that a little bit by all of us can make a massive difference. We always knew Bendigo was a sensational community to be a part of, but this just reinforces that."
Other news:
Ms Bently thanked all community members and organisations that helped donate to the drive over June.
"We could not have achieved this alone and are so thankful for the support of Bendigo Toyota, our community, local supermarkets and businesses in this success," she said.
All food collected will be given out to people in need via local schools and charities across Central Victoria.
Ms Bently said while the food drive is over, donations can still be made to Bendigo Foodshare at its warehouse located at 2/43 Havilah Road, Long Gully between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday or other times by appointment.
