"The restrictions in place, will stay in place," Mr Foley said. "We're not increasing our restrictions, but we're holding them here they are to keep Victorians safe."

Queensland's premier Annastacia Palaszczuk expressed disbelief on Tuesday after learning a Brisbane hospital worker was working without a vaccination.
The worker has recently been diagnosed with the delta variant of COVID-19.
"She should have been vaccinated, she was not. So the health minister will be overseeing that issue in detail," Ms Palaszczuk told reporters.
"I am absolutely furious about this."
Meanwhile, Nationals leader Barnaby Joyce has been fined by NSW Police for not wearing a mask in Armadale.
