Marong and District Men's Shed president Michael Shay said the shed was more than a working environment for the members.
"The guys are going pretty well though there are some who are struggling with things coming down out of lockdown and it's hard to wear masks while they're working," he said.
"We have a good little team who keep in contact outside of the shed as well.
"We don't just make stuff, some people just come to have a cuppa and catch up, we also have a barbeque lunch.
"We operate two days a week on Monday and Friday and the guys love coming a long."

To mark Men's Health Week, the Australian Men's Shed Association is encouraging all men to book in date with their mates.
The AMSA said Men's Sheds were a perfect combination of somewhere to go and something to do for thousands of men who needed to find a group of people with similar interests.
Mr Shay recognised the importance of Men's Shed for mental health and encouraged anyone to reach out to get involved.
"The shed will continue to be important when we get out of Covid," he said.
"We have definitely seen mental health benefits and we're always looking for others to join the shed.
"If we get to the stage where we have more members, we can also look at opening on another day."
