South Australia's upcoming state budget will focus on job creation and health, Premier Steven Marshall says.

The premier said the state's health system had performed well during the COVID-19 pandemic, but more investment was needed to fix a number of issues including an unacceptable level of ambulance ramping at major public hospitals in Adelaide.
He said more money would also be provided to address "stress points" across the health network.
"We've got to make sure that it's fit for purpose going forward," the premier said.
"You'll see we'll be continuing to invest into our health system in the upcoming budget."
On Tuesday the state government also announced $69 million in budget funding for new apprenticeships and traineeships.
Employers who take on new workers will receive wage subsidies of up to $32,000, and the government will also remove payroll tax for new apprentices at a cost of $4 million.
The SA budget will be handed down next week.
