The state-level competition is scheduled to be held in the first weekend of October, which leaves the coaches a few months to prepare the region's squads for the tournament.
NCNR's 17-and-under squad will be led by Carol Cathcart (AFL CV) with Rose Gallagher (BFNL) as assistant and Carlie Brennan (BSNA) as team manager.
Cathcart has years of experience including leading the 2015 squad to state title victory.
NCNR's 15-and-under will be led by Betty McCoomb (EDNA) with Kath Schmidt as assistant (BFNL) and Vanessa Saunders (CDNA) taking on a dual assistant-team manager role.
BFNL 's Tia Shaw has been named as one of the umpires appointed to adjudicate the state title matches.
NCNR state title officer Jan Mannes was thrilled to have a high-calibre coaching panel in place.
"We have great representation from across our whole region which goes from Deniliquin to as far down as Gisborne," Mannes said.
The state titles provide up-and-coming netballers with the opportunity to show their skills on the court against the best players from Victoria.
"State titles have always been very important in regards to talent identification," Mannes said.
In the past players such as Chloe Watson and Ruby Barkmeyer have played for NCNR at the state titles who then continued to take themselves to the sport's highest level within Australia.
NCNR is currently holding trials and will announce the first training squad in the coming weeks.
