A WOMAN remains in a serious condition following a collision in Campbells Creek on Friday afternoon.
The 72-year-old woman was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with upper and lower body injuries.
A hospital spokesperson said the woman was still in a serious condition on Monday afternoon.

Police are still investigating the collision between the vehicle and cyclist.
It happened at the corner of Moscript Street and Main Road about 12.15pm on Friday.

Castlemaine Police are calling for any information or witnesses to a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist.
The collision occurred at Campbells Creek on Friday June 11.
Anyone who may have witnessed or have any information in relation to the collision is urged to contact Acting Sergeant Binks at the Castlemaine Police Station on (03) 5470 4100.
Alternatively an anonymous call can be made to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

A woman is being airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital after being involved in a crash between a car and a bicycle on Friday.
The crash occurred in Campbells Creek at the corner of Moscript Street and Main Road.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were called to the scene at about 12.15pm.

They treated a woman who was suffering from upper and lower body injuries. An air ambulance was also called to the scene.
A Victoria Police spokesperson confirmed the incident was between a car and bicycle.
They said police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
