From Wednesday 2 June to Sunday 6 June, private aged care and disability support workers will be prioritised for walk-in appointments.
Bendigo Health has asked workers to please take ID to show to the vaccination team.
More coronavirus news:
Pfizer-eligible people can expect long wait times if they walk-in. Instead, they can register for the vaccine here.
Since the opening of Bendigo Health's Mollison Street mass vaccination centre on May 24, there have been 6469 vaccines administered.
Meanwhile, a separate Bendigo service is fielding a large number of calls from people because its name is so similar to the Bendigo Community Clinic.
Bendigo Community Health has taken to social media reminding residents that they had no association with Bendigo Health's mass vaccination clinic.
"Sorry for the confusion but we're not the Bendigo Community Clinic giving priority access to COVID-19 vaccines for aged care sector," the tweet said.
"Be kind to our reception staff. Yelling doesn't help. They are working hard to answer the calls."
The Bendigo Community Clinic is run by Bendigo Health at 113-133 Mollison Street.
