The 29-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to face theft and burglary charges.
He is known to frequent the Echuca and Bendigo areas.
Investigators have released an image of Pearce in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Other news:
Police have also issued an alert on Wednesday night for another Echuca man Thomas Johnson.
The warrants are unrelated.
