Bendigo, Castlemaine and Marybourgh is forecast to reach a top of 12 degrees on Tuesday, while Kyneton will drop to a chilly 11 degrees and Echuca, 14 degrees.

The temperature dropped to 2.2 degrees this morning with Castlemaine and Kyneton dropping to 1.1 degrees at 5.29am.
Bendigo will warm up to 17 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday with a shower or two expected.
Last month 54.2mm of rain was recorded at Bendigo while the long-term rainfall total at Bendigo Airport for 2021 is 227.2mm.
