Mr Looby is yet to enter a plea but his lawyer sought a sentence indication from the magistrate.

The court heard on a table in the living room, police allegedly found a ziplock bag containing three grams of a green vegetable matter believed to be cannabis, a ziplock bag containing one gram of a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine, and an old herb jar containing a clear liquid believed to be GHB.
Officers searched the rest of the property and allegedly found items including seven used and operational digital scales, a box of 100 individual syringes, $1156.90 in cash, a metal tin with drugs including LSD and ecstasy, and more substances believed to be cannabis and methamphetamine.
Police also seized two mobile phones, one of which allegedly belonged to Mr Looby, and a digital safe.
The court heard Mr Looby refused to provide his phone's passcode to police.
Mr Looby was arrested and taken to the Bendigo Police Station for questioning.
The court heard he told officers he used about 50ml of the drug GHB each day and was collecting the pills of LSD and ecstasy for a "special occasion".
Mr Looby also told police he had changed his phone's passcode and couldn't remember the number.
Defence lawyer Nicholas Rolfe told the court it was clear from Mr Looby's record of interview and his prior convictions that he had a drug addiction.
Mr Rolfe said Mr Looby wanted to get his life back on track and knew he needed to stay off drugs to achieve that.
Magistrate Russell Kelly indicated he would sentence Mr Looby to five months in jail with an 18-month community corrections order if he pleaded guilty to the charges.
Mr Rolfe told the court his client would need time to assess the offer.
The matter was adjourned to June 8. Mr Looby was remanded in custody.
