BENDIGO FAMILY HISTORY GROUP
Bendigo Family History Group is seeking your help.
Like everyone else, our group has been affected by COVID-19.
We now have permission to re-open our volunteer family history research assistance service, which we have conducted in the Bendigo Library for many years.
The COVID-19 situation has made us evaluate how we manage this service and, coupled with the fact that several members are quite elderly, we are seeking to expand our volunteer network.
The volunteer times are: Wednesdays 10am to 1pm and 1pm to 4pm, and Saturdays 10am to 1pm.
We will provide the appropriate training.
Please, could you consider joining our team? The old adage of "many hands make light work" will certainly help us to continue our worthwhile community service.
Just one three-hour volunteer session a month would be a big help and assist to maintain our tradition of service.
Where: Call into the Bendigo Library, Hargreaves Street, Bendigo and speak to a volunteer on a Wednesday or Saturday.
