The Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit confirmed it was still investigating the fire. No one has been charged in relation to the incident.
Frankie and Co director Paige Davies said the business was looking to the future with its new Bendigo store on High Street.
"I have the mindset that it's just onwards and upwards," she said. "I was really focused on being a mum and being a businesswoman, and just moving forward and opening this beautiful store."
Ms Davies said the business wanted to focus on giving back to Bendigo with its new site.
"We're very community based," she said. "We love supporting locals. This whole shop was all done by local trades - everything from the paint, to the plants, to the rugs. Everything was local.
"So we have a lot of people travelling to Bendigo just to shop at Frankie and they stay the weekend and support other stores.
"So that means a lot to us. We love that we can offer that."
Frankie and Co operations manager Kellie Baines said it was exciting to have people back on site after a challenging few months.
"It's just so lovely to be open again and to give the customers the opportunity to come in and try on," Ms Baines said.
"Our Frankie brand is so strong and women absolutely love it, so we're just so excited to be here and open."
Ms Davies wanted to thank those who continued to support the business over the past few months.
"I just feel really overwhelmed," she said. "We have had so much local support and Australia-wide support.
"Ever since the shop was burnt down, we were overwhelmed with text messages, phone calls, and flowers. Everyone supported us so I feel really, really lucky."
With the investigation into the Wills Street fire still open, police were encouraging anyone with information to contact the Bendigo CIU on 5448 1300 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
