Local management team member Jo Boyd said the event attracted over 200 people.
"It went really well and ran really smoothly and lots of people out in pink," she said.
Although it was a little quieter than previous years, Ms Boyd said it was lovely to see everyone out and about again.
"There were a couple of large groups that got together for loved ones and lots of people that just came out to celebrate the day," she said.
"It was a really nice day.
"Even the feedback from the participants was that it was great to be back and participating in the event that breast cancer survivors have been doing every year."
Ms Boyd thanked the hard work of all the volunteers who helped on the day.
"We had a great number of volunteers which was great, people jumped on board and came and helped on the day which we really appreciate, '' she said.
"We can't wait to be back bigger and better next year."
